We provide personal and business concierge services in the Buffalo area, with the quality and professionalism you have come to expect from Fiorella Search Group. Our concierge services help you get things done that you just do not have the time to do yourself. ~Are you outside of the Buffalo area?  If there is a demand for our services in your area, our elves will come and help you too!

*ask about our Party Set Up service: this unique service will take the stress out of preparing for your party. You call the caterer, we will set up your party and make sure the evening flows according to your needs. Have fun mingling at your party and let us do the rest!

RATES

A rate of $50.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. Time is prepaid hourly and used up in 15 minute increments thereafter. A 12 hour notice is requested for all services. Cancellation for services must be made 6 hours in advance.

5 Hours of Service - $225
10 Hours of Service - $400
20 Hours of Service – $700
30 Hours of Service – $900
30+ Hours of Service – $30 per hour

Terms of Service

Payments
Hourly and Package rates are paid by a credit card and require payment in full before services are rendered. All prices listed are for services provided by Fiorella Concierge of Buffalo, division of Fiorella Search Group and do not include charges for third party vendors or products purchased to complete a request.

Unused Hours
All hours purchased at package rate must be used within one year. Hours not used within the one year period will not be refunded.

Cancellations
Six hour notice of cancellations of service is required. Failure to provide the six hour notice of cancellation will result in the client being charged a $50 cancellation fee to be deducted from their prepayment of services.

Privacy Policy
All personal credit card information collected by Fiorella Concierge of Buffalo, division of Fiorella Search Group, will be used for providing services and billing the client for services and/or merchandise. Client’s personal information will be shared with a third party vendor, with client consent, for completion of services requested and payment to Fiorella Search Group.

Fees
Cost of purchase and mailings are not included in the hourly rate. Mileage is included up to 25 miles roundtrip: $.30 per mile beyond 25 miles. Hourly rate begins at stated time to the time the tasks are completed.
